David (Nov 2023): This guy replaced my tank at half (or less) than 2 of the bigger companies. Recommended again in Aug 2024 and Aug 2025 — $1,000 cheaper than competitors.

Travis: We used RAM fencing and were happy with them. Recommended twice for different projects.

Ori: I've just got an estimate from this guy. Dejan noted Ori's contact was more affordable with fixed quotes vs hourly.

Travis: He's done our kitchen and master bath. Very detail oriented and clean. Sometimes takes a minute to get on his schedule, but his attention is on you.

Toni did multiple projects in our house, including shower renovation. Ori shared as .vcf for general contractor work.

David: I have a tile, plumbing and glass guy. Offered when Ori needed to replace a tub with a walk-in shower.

David: I have a guy who did a fix on my window frames in Lago and did an amazing job. Cheaper labor-only alternative to $42k window replacement quotes.

Case: If you want at least one more quote, I'd recommend Ringer Windows in Taylor. They build and install in house.

Mo's go-to for smaller jobs. Charges $40/hr. Fixed a wax ring for $75 total (labor + material). Recommended repeatedly across multiple threads.

Ori: Kian did that exact wax ring replacement for me (as part of a tile work). He's good and not expensive.

Ori: A+ Pool Service & Repair. He is the owner and the one who does the repairs. Not just cleaning — actual fixes.

PG: His name is JC. Just tell him Pat and Michelle from The Hollows referred him. Paid like 20% of what another company quoted.

PG has used this contractor for many projects including landscaping beds and trees. Created a sub-group to share details for Mason's backyard remodel.

Case: My parents have a sprinkler company in Dallas. I switched to Rachio years ago. FYI Costco has exclusivity on the 12-zone model.
